J.C. DeTemple is the Executive Director and Senior Recruiter for Eagle Recruiting Services. As Director of Corporate Recruiting, his decade of experience in the staffing industry, along with fifteen years of marketing and business development experience in the technology industry, has yielded tremendous entrepreneurial opportunities. He created and managed his own executive recruiting firm and online job board business, cultivating it into a national leader in the academic marketplace. Mr. DeTemple combines his natural affinity for recruiting and his ability to find success, sourcing top candidates for industries ranging from medical to finance. His formidable sales background –encouraged and supported by a prominent network of industry association memberships – has led to distinguished awards such as rookie of the year honors as well as top performer accolades. Mr. DeTemple is a Dean’s List graduate of the State University of New York College at Brockport, where he studied Business Communications.
